I periodically decide that I should post more often. Usually this lasts for a week or so, and then fades off as I run out of ideas on what to post about. Since I don't have a cat, I can't even fall back on catblogging, or taping bacon to the cat, or whatever. (Pun intended.)
Maybe if I try for periodic posts on one or more topics, I can keep up some momentum.

Date: 2009-01-02 05:34 (UTC)You should post as frequently as your favourite numerical sequence.
Me, I vote for posting as often as the first N catalan numbers (roll N on your favourite die).
Now of course, if N is more than 6, it will still seem like you aren't posting ever. Hmm, maybe you can acknowledge the superiority of the six-sider in the world of gaming (the 12-sider gets NO LOVE) and roll on that to see which number in the sequenece you will get up to before rebooting.
Then say you roll a six. You'd post today, you'd post tomorrow, and then you'd wait two days, and then you'd wait 5 days, and then 14, and then 42, and then "boom, reset" and 1 day again.
You can apply this to your favourite sequence, but Fibonacci is SOOO overdone.
