Farthing Party in Montreal! And possibly Convivial in Mpls, depending on the timing of my godfather's wedding.

Those two. I'm running consuite for Convivial, so I had better be there.

Hopefully Anthrocon (June 24-27, Pittsburgh) but it really depends on my work and move schedules.

Due to family crisis (my mother being ill) and money challenges (wishing to buy my apartment), I'm not committing to anything yet, but possibly Wiscon and more probably Farthingparty.

(Also, with luck, Edmonton Folk Music Festival, Blue Skies Music Festival, and Irish Immersion Week.)

Not likely to make Farthing. Pamela will be at Wiscon. Forgot Convivial, but will probably be there.

Neither Wiscon nor ReConStruction are, as yet, guaranteed. But they're both on the likely to happen roster.

I'll also be attending SFContario (Nov 19-21, YYZ, that is, Toronto ON.)

Mythcon, July 9-12, Dallas.

I'd be happy to go to Wiscon or Fourth Street or Readercon or ICFA if time, money, and the wearisomeness of traveling so far did not stand in the way.

Probably Farthingparty (Montreal).

When I say "Readercon", what I mean is that I may go for a day, depending on a whole slew (slough?) of things, potentially including being out of the country.

HAL-CON ( (10-11th April) Omiya, Japan.
ICON ( (late September, Tel Aviv)
Beneluxcon ( (29-30th October, Antwerp) - I'm missing the Amsterdam Bokbierfest for this one, but I suspect there is beer in Antwerp.
Novacon ( (12-14th November, Nottingham)

Add in Albacon (October 8-10), Albany, NY.

A couple of the others are just about in range, but I hadn't heard of them in time to consider.

I'm only going to be at Minicon on the Saturday (and will be at Elise's table some of that time), but just did my 4th Street membership, and am gleefully looking forward to not having to run things at it, so I can lounge about and have good conversation without needing to tend things.

I'm going to try very hard for Wiscon this year, but we'll see. Ditto Farthing Party. In an ideal world, I'll make it to both of them.

Duckon (I'm FanGoH) and Convivial.

The check for 4th St. is more of an "I hope" - if I do make it, I'll be commuting and day-tripping, since it's the weekend after Duckon. And I'll have to work on Sunday. :-( Unless I've found a new job by then.

Budget is extremely tight and I think my niece's wedding is the same weekend as the local con I can usually get to (Confluence in Pittsburgh, last weekend in July). If I'm wrong about Becky's wedding plans, though, I will probably show up there.

I had to cancel Eastercon due to aunt's health. (Scott's still going.) So it looks like Leprecon, Baycon, Midwestcon, Westercon, Reconstruction, *maybe* Au Contraire (NZ NatCon), A4, Capclave, World Fantasy, Loscon, and Smofcon. Wow. Lightest con schedule in decades.

Local cons are certainly possible. Dunno how probable. I really liked the one Readercon I got to (pre Wolf, pre kids...) and would love to go again. Vericon, last I went (with Wolf), was underwhelming, but they may have improved.

I'm seriously considering piling someone-who-needs-a-ride-to-Lunacon-and-doesn't-mind-small-children into my car so as to go visit my parents (15-minute drive from Ryetown) without having to drag Wolf off or travel with two small children alone. :) (I wasn't originally planning to go down that weekend, but Pesach plans are going pear-shaped due to Mom's health and public school vacation not overlapping.)

Vericon, Readercon, PiCon, and some steampunk cons, provided both the steampunk cons and I get our acts together. (Need stripey socks. And a vest. Stripey socks and a non-stripey vest.) As for the rest... probably not, since I can't travel much this year. Arg.
