Five things of approximately equal likelihood:
1. Verizon starts installing FiOS in Cambridge
2. Mobipocket releases an iPhone/iPod touch version of their reader software
3. Apple releases an iPod touch with Bluetooth, including tethering/PAN profile support
4. EMI reprints Peter Wolf's Lights Out album
5. Godot arrives

It supports eReader's DRM. That's not helpful since I prefer the eReader software, which is already available on the iPhone. It doesn't support Mobipocket's DRM.

I'm sure there are Mobipocket DRM-stripping programs out there. Naturally, I would never stoop to using such a thing to read my own books that I paid for, because that would be illegal, and the DMCA is so clearly[1] Constitutional when considered in light of the ruling in Bernstein v. United States that software source code is covered by the First Amendment[2]. (Besides, then I'd want to convert the Mobipocket encapsulated HTML into something eReader would render.)

[1] HTML doesn't have a <sarcasm> tag yet, does it?

[2] Though since I don't live in the Ninth Circuit, the ruling doesn't necessarily apply.
