I can't. I just can't. Hours since I first heard the news, and I still can't.

filkergem, who I first met almost 20 years ago, is gone, killed in a house fire that completely destroyed the house.

Please give Greg, his wife Maya (kyttn), stepdaughter Faeryn (lovensong87), brother Scott (smcmullan), and his other family and friends whatever prayers, thoughts, and/or energy you can spare, in whatever tradition you practice.

Wow. I only knew him as a name that popped up occasionally on LJs of folks I knew. I just saw the posts in your and persis's LJs, and I'm amazed. His family and friends are in my thoughts.
