Darn, you beat me to it. CKD's example even had labels!

But now we've come full circle back to a language which is interpreted at run time. :)

For real fun, though, the "interpreted machine code" of Woz's old Sweet16 should win.

What about the mini-assembler from the Programmer's Aid ROM? I don't think that really merits the term "compiler". Something like the Big Mac macro assembler, okay, but that?
