Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's Eve/Day trips were likely but with no specific destinations planned by March; Arlington, VA was likely for one of those and/or as a separate trip.

A fall mileage run to somewhere in east Asia (probably Singapore or Taipei; Hong Kong would have dropped from the list mid-year due to the crackdown) was vaguely roughed out but without specific dates or a firm destination. (Options would have depended on how many miles I needed for a status bump. :-)

Airports (connection-only*): SEA, JFK, BOS, SFO, DTW, MSN, MSP, CDG*, MUC, YOW, others probably including DCA and ICN*.

Shame to miss Munich- it's a favourite place of ours!

I love it, too. I also get to experience the best way to visit Munich: on someone else's dime. Sure, it means I have to work some of the time I'm there but that's still worth it (especially since I have great coworkers).

Yes, it's a drag. I had zero out of town trips last year. (At least I eventually got reimbursed for the Madison plane ticket.)

ugh--that is a depressing list. i haven't done this exercise myself--i know of at least three times i would have visited my dad, and i had a trip to dublin in the works, and if i keep thinking of things i might have done, i'll just be sad.

I went to Michigan! And then I had flu, and then the world got scary. We did two nights near Asheville to house hunt but even that's out of the question now, it's too grim here.
